These Terms of Service are between you and Green Kleen Wash LLC d/b/a American Auto Wash (“American Auto Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Website and Service Information

Our website provides information about American Auto Wash and a way to contact our team. Service availability, pricing, wash options, memberships, and detailing offerings may change. Please contact us directly for current details before relying on information on this site.

2. Contact Requests

You may use the public contact form to ask a question. The form requires your name, email address, and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A phone number is optional, and you do not need to opt in to SMS or email marketing to send an inquiry.

3. SMS Messaging Program

3.1 Program Description

American Auto Wash operates an automated SMS program for customers and prospects who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders for appointments you request, review requests, wash specials, membership offers, and seasonal promotions. 3.2 How to Opt In

The only website SMS opt-in method is checking the optional, standalone SMS consent box on our public contact form. The box is unchecked by default, separate from the Terms agreement, and a voluntary choice. The phone field is labeled “Phone (optional)”; the form works without a phone number or SMS consent.

3.3 Consent Is Not Required

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services and submit a contact request without SMS consent.

3.4 Message Frequency

Marketing messages are up to 4 messages per month. Appointment confirmation and reminder messages are sent as needed for appointments you request.

3.5 Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3.6 How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. Other accepted opt-out keywords are STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent.

3.7 How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message or call (631) 467-1515 for support.

3.8 How to Re-Subscribe

After opting out, reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to re-subscribe.

3.9 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to participate in the SMS program or purchase services. You must be the account holder or authorized user of any phone number you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or automated requests. We may restrict access that interferes with the site or our ability to assist customers.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date and last-updated date above identify the current version.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, where permitted by law.
